In the rare occurrence that a product arrives damaged, or with missing parts, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. At times, pictures of the damaged item may be required prior to determining a resolution. You must contact us within three (3) days from the date of delivery to report damaged, missing or defective merchandise. After the three-day period, the product cannot be reported as damaged, defective, missing parts and/or returned for exchange or refund.

If you discover a better deal on an identical item at an Authorized Dealer (including shipping and delivery fees), just show us the competitor's current promotion or show a printout, photo, cellphone display or app, and we'll match their price.
