Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $49 or more, your order ships FREE!

What is your return policy?

In the rare occurrence that a product arrives damaged, or with missing parts, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. At times, pictures of the damaged item may be required prior to determining a resolution. You must contact us within three (3) days from the date of delivery to report damaged, missing or defective merchandise. After the three-day period, the product cannot be reported as damaged, defective, missing parts and/or returned for exchange or refund.

Do you price match?

If you discover a better deal on an identical item at an Authorized Dealer (including shipping and delivery fees), just show us the competitor's current promotion or show a printout, photo, cellphone display or app, and we'll match their price. BBQ-Authority reserves the right to refuse any offer at any time based on our discretion. Limited to reasonable quantities. Can't be combined with other discounts or applied to previous orders. We will not price match any item in violation of Brand/Manufacturer MAP policy.
