Features
Manufactured of 304 stainless steel, this two-piece combo includes a slotted meat rack and heavy-duty, 12-gauge radiant drip tray. The radiant drip tray is designed to be placed beneath the slotted meat rack, directly on top of the cooking grates. It not only collects the drippings from food but further slows the cooking process to ensure a low, slow barbeque, roasting, and smoking experience. Wood chips can be placed on top of the grill grates when smoking, and the meat rack and radiant drip tray sit directly on top.
